Leigh-Ann commenced her tenure at Finns more than a decade ago, amassing a wealth of knowledge and experience across various facets of residential lettings. Her primary focus involves overseeing rent collection for a portfolio of over 200 managed properties, handling tenancy renewals, safeguarding protected tenancies, navigating legislation, ensuring compliance with MEES regulations, overseeing property renovations, and providing support in property maintenance. Leigh-Ann collaborates closely with her colleague, Lisa Bamford, to deliver comprehensive and efficient services.

Lisa became an integral part of Finns in November 2016, assuming the role of Property Manager. Before her tenure at Finns, Lisa resided in the USA, accumulating over ten years of valuable experience in real estate and property management. In her current capacity, Lisa oversees the management of a portfolio comprising over 200 properties and has successfully fostered excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Her responsibilities extend to addressing day-to-day property maintenance issues and overseeing property renovation projects. Lisa operates in close collaboration with Leigh-Ann Constatine, ensuring a cohesive and efficient approach to property management. Her transatlantic experience and dedication make her a key asset in delivering top-notch service to both clients and properties under her care.

Sarah made her debut at Finn’s in October 2017, stepping into the role of a full-time lettings negotiator. In this capacity, she relished the opportunity to engage with new tenants, coordinate viewings, conduct market appraisals, and liaise with our landlords. Sarah's dynamic approach and dedication to her responsibilities were evident from the start.

In the current year, Sarah's role transitioned, and she now contributes her skills part-time to our lettings administration team. Her role involves playing a crucial part in the efficient functioning of our busy office, including handling phone calls and advertising our rental properties. On a day-to-day basis, Sarah manages tasks such as organizing gas safety checks, coordinating boiler services, and ensuring that tenancy renewals are systematically maintained.

Beyond these responsibilities, Sarah actively participates in new tenancy start-ups, overseeing the referencing process, and ensuring that all essential paperwork is meticulously prepared for tenancies to commence. Her multifaceted role and proactive approach contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our lettings processes.

Lisa Marshall became a valuable addition to Finn’s in October 2021, contributing her expertise to property management. In her role, Lisa handles various aspects of residential lettings, including daily maintenance, conducting management visits, overseeing check-outs of properties, and facilitating deposit returns. Over the course of her tenure, Lisa has established an excellent rapport with landlords, tenants, and contractors, navigating confidently through all facets of residential lettings.

Lisa's commitment to professional excellence is underscored by her ARLA qualification, showcasing her dedication to upholding the highest standards in the field. Additionally, her extensive knowledge of lettings regulations ensures that she is well-equipped to address the complexities of the regulatory landscape, offering valuable insights and guidance to both clients and colleagues alike.

Mandy became an integral part of Finn’s in April 2022, bringing her wealth of experience in the residential and commercial lettings industry from both financial and administrative perspectives. In her role as a lettings administrator, Mandy assumes responsibility for all facets of new lettings. From conducting referencing processes to drafting new tenancy agreements, she ensures meticulous compliance with current legislation.

Her duties extend to managing tenancy renewals, and she plays a crucial role in ensuring that our portfolio of managed properties undergoes the necessary checks and documentation. Mandy's comprehensive approach, informed by her background in the industry, contributes to the efficient and compliant operation of our lettings processes at Finn’s.

Property Manager

Kate became an integral part of Finns in 2009 and has since progressed to the role of Property Manager. In her multifaceted position, Kate adeptly manages all aspects of property management. Her responsibilities include valuing new properties, providing insightful advice to landlords on the current rental market and legislation, setting up new tenancies, conducting ongoing management visits, and addressing maintenance issues for a portfolio of over 150 properties.

Throughout her tenure, Kate has successfully cultivated excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants, contributing to the smooth operation of property management. Her enthusiasm extends to overseeing property refurbishments and collaborating with landlords to achieve the successful letting of their properties.

Working closely with Diana Matthews, Kate believes that their combined 40 years of experience uniquely positions them to handle any challenges that may arise. This collaborative approach ensures that clients receive the benefit of seasoned expertise and a proactive response to property management matters.

Diana and Kate share a common ethos, believing in the importance of providing both landlords and tenants with a single point of contact throughout the rental process. This commitment extends from the initial letting of a property to the eventual vacating of the tenant.
