How long after receipt of refusal can I appeal?
This varies between 12 weeks and six months depending on the type of application.
How long after being served with an enforcement notice can I appeal?

I want to erect a new agricultural building. Can I do this under permitted development rights?
It is likely that you can apply under a 56 day Prior Approval, subject to size and height.
I have some land available next to a settlement. How get I obtain permission to build houses on the land?
Firstly we will be happy to come and look at the land and advise with a site appraisal whether it’s in a location where development may be supported. If it is, we can either promote the land for allocation for residential development through the next Local Plan or seek the Council’s informal opinion through pre-application advice before applying for planning consent.
