Nicholas has been a dedicated member of the Finn’s team since 2005, operating from both the Canterbury and Sandwich offices. He collaborates with Rachel Waters to provide comprehensive support and expertise to clients in these specialized areas.

Mark became a valuable member of Finn’s in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his prior engagements in Nottinghamshire and, more recently, North Kent. In his role, Mark offers comprehensive advice to clients, emphasizing his expertise in compulsory acquisition and compensation, planning, and renewable energy matters. Drawing from his upbringing on the family farm near Sandwich, Mark possesses a deep understanding of the local area. Clients benefit from his dual presence at the Sandwich and St Nicholas at Wade offices, where he collaborates with Alix Harrison to deliver exceptional service.

Julian has been an integral part of Finn’s since 1981, boasting a remarkable tenure with the firm. Renowned for his significant influence within the agricultural community in Kent, Julian serves as a trusted advisor for several landed estates, particularly in matters of traditional management. A true Kent native, born and bred in the region, Julian operates from the St Nicholas at Wade office, where he continues to contribute his wealth of experience and expertise to the benefit of clients and the firm alike.

Jane became a valued member of Finn's in 2018, contributing her expertise as a Planning Consultant. With an impressive background spanning nearly 30 years in both town and rural planning, Jane has accrued extensive experience in both the Public and Private sectors. Operating from the Sandwich and St Nicholas-at-Wade Offices, she seamlessly blends her wealth of knowledge with a commitment to exceptional service.

Paul embarked on his career at Amos & Dawton in Canterbury at the age of 21, and over the course of 13 years, he has consistently honed his expertise in the dynamic East Kent property market. Known for his friendly, cheerful, and calm demeanor, Paul combines these qualities with a meticulous and highly efficient approach to the intricacies of buying and selling houses. Leigh-Ann commenced her tenure at Finns more than a decade ago, amassing a wealth of knowledge and experience across various facets of residential lettings. Her primary focus involves overseeing rent collection for a portfolio of over 200 managed properties, handling tenancy renewals, safeguarding protected tenancies, navigating legislation, ensuring compliance with MEES regulations, overseeing property renovations, and providing support in property maintenance. Leigh-Ann collaborates closely with her colleague, Lisa Bamford, to deliver comprehensive and efficient services.

Lisa became an integral part of Finns in November 2016, assuming the role of Property Manager. Before her tenure at Finns, Lisa resided in the USA, accumulating over ten years of valuable experience in real estate and property management. In her current capacity, Lisa oversees the management of a portfolio comprising over 200 properties and has successfully fostered excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Her responsibilities extend to addressing day-to-day property maintenance issues and overseeing property renovation projects. Lisa operates in close collaboration with Leigh-Ann Constatine, ensuring a cohesive and efficient approach to property management. Her transatlantic experience and dedication make her a key asset in delivering top-notch service to both clients and properties under her care.

Sarah made her debut at Finn’s in October 2017, stepping into the role of a full-time lettings negotiator. In this capacity, she relished the opportunity to engage with new tenants, coordinate viewings, conduct market appraisals, and liaise with our landlords. Sarah's dynamic approach and dedication to her responsibilities were evident from the start.

In the current year, Sarah's role transitioned, and she now contributes her skills part-time to our lettings administration team. Her role involves playing a crucial part in the efficient functioning of our busy office, including handling phone calls and advertising our rental properties. On a day-to-day basis, Sarah manages tasks such as organizing gas safety checks, coordinating boiler services, and ensuring that tenancy renewals are systematically maintained.

Beyond these responsibilities, Sarah actively participates in new tenancy start-ups, overseeing the referencing process, and ensuring that all essential paperwork is meticulously prepared for tenancies to commence. Her multifaceted role and proactive approach contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our lettings processes.

Lisa Marshall became a valuable addition to Finn’s in October 2021, contributing her expertise to property management. In her role, Lisa handles various aspects of residential lettings, including daily maintenance, conducting management visits, overseeing check-outs of properties, and facilitating deposit returns. Over the course of her tenure, Lisa has established an excellent rapport with landlords, tenants, and contractors, navigating confidently through all facets of residential lettings.

Lisa's commitment to professional excellence is underscored by her ARLA qualification, showcasing her dedication to upholding the highest standards in the field. Additionally, her extensive knowledge of lettings regulations ensures that she is well-equipped to address the complexities of the regulatory landscape, offering valuable insights and guidance to both clients and colleagues alike.

Mandy became an integral part of Finn’s in April 2022, bringing her wealth of experience in the residential and commercial lettings industry from both financial and administrative perspectives. In her role as a lettings administrator, Mandy assumes responsibility for all facets of new lettings. From conducting referencing processes to drafting new tenancy agreements, she ensures meticulous compliance with current legislation.

Her duties extend to managing tenancy renewals, and she plays a crucial role in ensuring that our portfolio of managed properties undergoes the necessary checks and documentation. Mandy's comprehensive approach, informed by her background in the industry, contributes to the efficient and compliant operation of our lettings processes at Finn’s.

Tom became an integral part of Finn’s in late 2018, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge rooted in an agricultural background. His experience spans across various arable and livestock farms in Kent and Oxfordshire. Operating from the St Nicholas at Wade office, Tom collaborates with Dawn Hall to provide expert advice to clients.

Tom's areas of expertise include compulsory purchase and compensation claims, the letting and management of rural commercial buildings, lease renewals, rent reviews of telecom masts, the sale of agricultural and commercial property, as well as planning, particularly in the realm of permitted development. His nuanced understanding of the agricultural sector and diverse skill set position him as a valuable resource for clients seeking comprehensive guidance in various aspects of rural property management and transactions.

Kate became an integral part of Finns in 2009 and has since progressed to the role of Property Manager. In her multifaceted position, Kate adeptly manages all aspects of property management. Her responsibilities include valuing new properties, providing insightful advice to landlords on the current rental market and legislation, setting up new tenancies, conducting ongoing management visits, and addressing maintenance issues for a portfolio of over 150 properties.

Throughout her tenure, Kate has successfully cultivated excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants, contributing to the smooth operation of property management. Her enthusiasm extends to overseeing property refurbishments and collaborating with landlords to achieve the successful letting of their properties.

Working closely with Diana Matthews, Kate believes that their combined 40 years of experience uniquely positions them to handle any challenges that may arise. This collaborative approach ensures that clients receive the benefit of seasoned expertise and a proactive response to property management matters.

Maria became an integral part of Finn’s in March 2022, stepping into the role of Planning Assistant. Her previous experience in residential and commercial property lettings, coupled with a solid financial and administrative background, has proven invaluable in her new capacity. Maria works closely with Jane Scott, engaging with clients on planning applications for a spectrum of developments including residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.

In addition to her planning responsibilities, Maria extends her support to Julian Sampson, assisting with administrative requirements for the rural surveying team. Based in our St Nicholas-at-Wade offices, Maria's versatile skill set and collaborative approach contribute to the seamless operation of planning and surveying activities at Finn’s.

Dip DEA MNAEA

Dane initiated his career in residential property at the age of 17, embarking on a trajectory that has spanned over a decade. Hailing from Birchington, Kent, he has amassed diverse experience across various sectors within the property industry. His roles have encompassed residential estate agency, land and new homes sales, domestic energy assessment, digital marketing, and, more recently, successful management of sales teams in both independent and major corporate estate agencies.

Throughout his professional journey, Dane has cultivated a strong conviction that the process of buying and selling property should be inherently enjoyable for all parties involved. He is committed to providing clients with honest and invaluable advice, drawing upon the extensive experience and knowledge garnered throughout his career.

As a testament to his commitment to excellence, Dane is now recognized as an accredited member of Propertymark's NAEA, holding a level-3 diploma in estate and lettings agency. This accreditation underscores his dedication to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service within the real estate domain.

Diana joined Finns in September 2022 to collaborate with Kate Hadlow as a Property Manager. With an impressive background spanning 26 years, Diana brings a wealth of experience in residential property management. Her expertise covers all facets of property management, from engaging with landlords and tenants to overseeing the entire letting process from inception to conclusion.

Diana and Kate share a common ethos, believing in the importance of providing both landlords and tenants with a single point of contact throughout the rental process. This commitment extends from the initial letting of a property to the eventual vacating of the tenant. Their unified approach ensures a seamless and personalized experience, emphasizing effective communication and support for all parties involved.
